Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes how subscriptions to AUTOLASTIC ("we," "us," or "our") are billed, how customers may cancel, and the limited circumstances under which refunds may be issued. This policy supplements our Terms of Service; in case of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
1. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to the Autolastic platform is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually, as applicable) and grant access to the platform for the duration of that paid period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period for another period of the same length, charged to the payment method on file, until cancelled.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, either:
- Cancel from within your account in the Autolastic platform, or
- Email us at support@autolastic.com from the email address associated with your account and request cancellation.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Your access to the platform continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your subscription will not renew. We do not prorate or refund any portion of the current paid period when you cancel.
3. Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable, including any unused portion of a current billing period. Specifically:
- Monthly subscriptions: non-refundable. Cancelling stops the next monthly renewal; the current month is not refunded or prorated.
- Annual subscriptions: non-refundable. Cancelling stops the next annual renewal; the current year is not refunded or prorated.
- Usage-based and add-on charges (such as additional seats, additional workflow runs, or other overage fees) are non-refundable once incurred.
We may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit in the following limited cases:
- A duplicate charge or billing error caused by us;
- An extended platform outage materially preventing your use of the Services, as determined by us;
- Where required by applicable law (for example, where your jurisdiction provides a statutory cooling-off period for digital services).
4. Free Trials and Promotions
From time to time we may offer free trials or promotional subscriptions. The terms of each offer (including trial length and whether a payment method is required to start the trial) will be disclosed at sign-up. If a payment method is required, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. No refunds are issued for the first paid period that follows a free trial.
5. Pricing Changes
We may change subscription pricing for future renewal periods with reasonable advance notice. Any pricing change will apply only to renewals occurring after the effective date of the change. You may cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to renew at the new price.
6. Account Termination by Autolastic
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for the reasons set out in our Terms of Service, including non-payment or violation of the Terms. If we terminate your account for non-payment or for cause, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@autolastic.com so we can investigate and, where appropriate, resolve the issue directly. Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
